Best Western Plus Ramkota Hotel Sioux Falls, Sioux Falls

We've been coming to this Best Western for two decades, and it truly feels like a second home. The friendly and attentive staff make us feel like family, and we always enjoy the outdoor pool in summer. However, I did notice some cleanliness issues during our last stay that could use improvement, especially in the rooms.

The hotel offers a clean environment, which is a plus, and the pool area was a hit for my family. However, the service at the bar was frustratingly slow, and the overall experience was marred by issues like a smoky room and poor customer service at check-in. It's worth considering the pros and cons before booking.

I had a fantastic experience at this hotel! The rooms were newly renovated and very clean. The water park was a huge hit with my granddaughters, keeping them entertained throughout our stay. The staff was exceptionally helpful, especially when I needed assistance with a recliner for my spouse. The food at the restaurant was delightful, and overall, it was great value for money. I can't wait to come back next year, but I did notice that parking could be a bit challenging at times.

My stay was a mixed bag. The hotel has a great waterpark that my kids loved, but there were a lot of kids running around and some issues with room comfort and cleanliness.
